Bible Study
Weekly on Tuesday or Thursday.
Luke 24:32 “Were not our hearts burning within us while he was talking to us on the road?”
Scripture is fundamental to our knowing the will and purpose of God. Our Thursday morning group (St John’s), exploring Scripture verse by verse is on alternate Thursdays at 10:00 am. Our evening group (St Jerome’s), a themed study, is on alternate Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. If you’ve been thinking about joining, or simply waiting for the moment to begin, why not now? There is always room, and you will be very welcome.

Collection for Foodbanks
Isaiah 58:10 “If you offer your food to the hungry, your light shall rise in the darkness.”
Many in our community face hunger each week, together, we can help. Most needed items include toilet paper, canned meats and vegetables, personal hygiene products, and kids' snacks. Collection boxes are in the Bell Tower. Even the smallest gift, offered in love, helps shine Christ’s care into our neighbourhood.
Spring Clean Up Day
PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF DATE DUE TO EXPECTED RAIN
Saturday, May 30, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Psalm 127:1 “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labour in vain.”
That familiar moment has arrived, when all the little jobs around the church quietly gather and wait for a Saturday morning to be noticed. Come and lend a hand with gardening, painting, cleaning, and those “quick fixes” that have a habit of taking a little longer than expected. No expertise needed, just willing hands and a cheerful spirit. We’ll round off with a well-earned BBQ: St John’s will provide the meat, buns, and sauces; contributions of salads or sides are warmly welcomed. Many hands… lighter work, and a very good lunch.

Your ideas Bearing Fruit!
Galatians 6:9 “Let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest time.”
Your ideas are taking shape, and 2026 is looking wonderfully lively! Here’s what’s ahead: a Candlelit Concert, Bingo Night, Caribbean Night, Table Top Role Playing Weekend, more Trivia Quizzes, plus an Art Show and Strawberry Social. A diary of events with dates will be coming out soon. P.S. We’ll need willing hands to make it all happen—if you can help, please speak to a warden or Revd. Stewart.
