Scripture is fundamental to our knowing the will and purpose of God. Our Thursday morning group (St John’s), exploring Scripture verse by verse is on alternate Thursdays at 10:00 am. Our evening group (St Jerome’s), a themed study, is on alternate Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. If you’ve been thinking about joining, or simply waiting for the moment to begin, why not now? There is always room, and you will be very welcome.

Collection for Foodbanks
Isaiah 58:10 “If you offer your food to the hungry, your light shall rise in the darkness.”
Many in our community face hunger each week, together, we can help. Most needed items include toilet paper, canned meats and vegetables, personal hygiene products, and kids' snacks. Collection boxes are in the Bell Tower. Even the smallest gift, offered in love, helps shine Christ’s care into our neighbourhood.
Back-to-Church BBQ

Summer may be winding down, but there is plenty to look forward to at St John’s. Stay after the service on Sunday, September 13 for our Back-to-Church Barbecue, with hot dogs and hamburgers, potluck side dishes, games, conversation, and a chance to catch up with familiar faces and meet some new ones.
Sunday School also returns that morning, beginning another season of learning, questions, stories, and fun.
Whether you have been here all summer, have been away, or are visiting for the first time, you are very welcome. Coming to the barbecue? Please add your name to the sign-up sheet in the bell tower.
GLOW: An Evening of Strings
Saturday, October 17
A candlelit evening featuring Paul Barna & Friends performing a mix of classical and contemporary music. Paul will host the concert and weave stories, history and background about the music throughout the performance. Parking is available but limited. Guests are encouraged to carpool.
